Mentorship and Counselling
ReRAN (Resilient and Reformed African Network) is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable groups through targeted support programs. Among its core initiatives is the provision of mentorship and counselling for young mothers and the youth, aimed at fostering personal development, resilience, and long-term self-sufficiency.
ReRAN’s mentorship program offers a structured platform where young people and adolescent mothers are paired with trained mentors who guide them through life’s challenges, including education, parenting, career planning, and emotional well-being. These mentors serve as role models and provide ongoing encouragement and support, helping mentees set and achieve realistic goals.
In tandem, the counselling services offered by ReRAN focus on mental health, trauma healing, self-esteem, and positive behavioral change. The organization collaborates with licensed counsellors and psychosocial support workers to ensure that beneficiaries receive holistic and confidential care.
Through workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one engagements, ReRAN creates a safe and nurturing environment where young mothers and youth can rebuild their confidence, make informed choices, and actively participate in community development. This initiative plays a vital role in breaking cycles of poverty, early pregnancy, and social exclusion.
ReRAN remains committed to equipping the next generation with the tools they need to thrive, fostering a culture of resilience, responsibility, and hope.
